TRS Semolina Coarse. Semolina is purified, coarse wheat middlings. Which is used to make pasta, cereals, puddings, breakfast and couscous. The coarse middling is from varieties of grains such as rice and maize. Semolina is quite popular in South India. It is used to make Uttapam, Dosa and idli. Semolina has low glycaemic index which makes it ideal for all age groups. It has a strong flavor and is crunchy in nature.
