Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If, for any reason you are not happy and wish to return anything bought from VAMA Online Store, we will be happy to offer store credit vouchers or exchanges provided the goods fulfill the conditions listed below.
In such circumstances, please contact us through our contact us form or email us to vamashopcy@gmail.com and we will guide you about the return process.
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
By all means please do NOT visit or contact any or our VAMA shops requesting to return products. It is not their responsibility to support returns for purchases through our online store.
There are certain situations where partial or no refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Fresh fruits and vegetables are exempt from any return or exchange.
- Some healthcare, sanitary use and personal hygiene products
- Perishable goods such as sweets & savouries
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will communicate to you of the approval or rejection of your return, and we will inform you on how to receive your replacement products or credit voucher.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Goods may only be exchanged if they are not damaged or used. When applicable, goods can only be exchanged for the same category or type of item
